In exakt einer Woche kommt das neue KYTES-Album mit dem Titel „Good Luck“ (Partnerlink) raus und ihr könnt euch auf eine sehr schöne und lockere Indie-Poprock-Platte freuen, die gefühlstechnisch den Frühling eröffnet. Mehr dazu dann in der nächsten Ausgabe meiner Kurzreviews. Als Vorgeschmack hat die Band heute Morgen das Musikvideo zum Opener und vielleicht besten Track des Albums veröffentlicht: „Runaway“.
„‚Runaway‘ ist der Opener unseres neuen Albums ‚good luck‘. Der Song liegt uns sehr am Herzen, da wir es geschafft haben unsere Live-Energie auf Platte zu bringen. In ‚Runaway‘ geht es um die unendlichen Möglichkeiten unserer Generation, die manchmal so überfordernd sind, dass man weglaufen möchte. Jedoch bedeutet Weglaufen nicht immer etwas Negatives, sondern kann auch Begeisterung und Neugierde ausdrücken.“
